Baking from scratch has been my family’s passion for many generations. We take great pride in creating the best version of southern classic desserts using the finest ingredients. You won’t find any cake mix, canned fillings or premade frostings over here!
Our Story
My personal baking journey began as a child, watching my mom bake for every church function. My aunts were also avid bakers. They would all get together and argue over whose Christmas dessert was the best! I loved every moment of it!

In 2006, I had just graduated college, and was infatuated with the show Ace of Cakes. I bought a Wilton cake decorating book, and started baking almost every single weekend! My friends and family were always thrilled to taste my latest creation. I think we all gained a few pounds that year!

I started selling my goods in 2021 at pop up shops. I quickly learned that I couldn’t keep up with my regular customers and the pop up shops. I decided to switch to private orders only in 2022.
​
As a mom, I understand how difficult it can be to put on the world’s greatest birthday party, and not forget anything..or drop the cake! This is why I chose a Mobile Bakery. Everything you order is delivered right to your door! We also ship cookies and breads from November through March of each year.
